I am a qualified Level 5 Soft Tissue & Remedial Therapist with the Institute of Sports and Remedial Massage. I completed my course in June 2019 at the Oxford School of Sports Massage.

Having played many difference sports throughout my life I am ecstatic to now also be working within this industry. Helping fellow sportspeople recover through an array of injuries and working on preventative measures is extremely rewarding. There is no greater job satisfaction than helping my clients reach their health and fitness goals.
